We apply one fixed, published scoring rubric to every electrician in our directory. Your listing is free to create and maintain. Paying a fee will never improve your score or change your ranking. Correcting business details

We fix factual fields when you send us the correct information and something we can verify it against, like your website or your Google Business Profile. The fields we can correct are your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services. Once we confirm and apply a correction, it stays in place even after we refresh our data from public sources.

Disputing your score

Scores are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, it means one of three things happened: your listing was matched to the wrong business profile, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or our summary of what reviewers wrote does not reflect what they actually said. When you dispute a score, we re-check the source data and regenerate your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number or for us to ignore negative reviews. If the data is correct, your score stays the same.

Requesting removal

We remove listings for three reasons: the business is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or the business falls outside what this directory covers. We also run a monthly verification to catch and remove closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we will decline the removal request and explain why.

How fast we respond
